What is the warranty policy for your suction units?
SSCOR warrants that each new product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Please visit our warranty information page for further details.
How often do I need to replace the battery?

The type of battery you have will determine how often you need to replace it.

Sealed‐Lead Acid ‐ We recommend replacing the battery after 3 years or when it shows signs of losing capacity.
Alkaline ‐ Do not use the battery after the “USE BY” date on the battery label.

What is SSCOR’S return policy?
We will accept returns with a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You can receive a RMA number by calling our main line, 818‐504‐4054, and requesting a return. All device and part returns must be made within 60 days of the sale date (excluding batteries and disposables). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Can I purchase products using a purchase order?
If you have terms with us you may purchase products using a purchase order. Please call or email if you are unsure whether you have terms before submitting your purchase order.

Is there an order minimum?
Purchase Orders require a $125 minimum. Credit card orders require a $45 minimum.
Is there any regular inspection or preventative maintenance for the device?

Look for an expiration date on the canister and change the canister if the canister has passed the expiration date to minimize the possibility of implosion, which can occur when a canister is aged or damaged.

How long should the unit run with a full battery?
The run time will vary for each device. The device run time can be found in both the product manual and on the “Features and Specifications” page for the particular device on our website.
How long do I leave my device plugged in for it to fully charge?
We recommend leaving the device plugged in overnight to ensure that it is fully charged.
