|What is the warranty policy for your suction units?
||SSCOR warrants that each new product is free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of

|How often do I need to replace the battery?
The type of battery you have will determine how often you need to replace it.
Sealed‐Lead Acid ‐ We recommend replacing the battery after 3 years or when it shows
signs of losing capacity.
Alkaline ‐ Do not use the battery after the “USE BY” date on the battery label.

|What is SSCOR’S return policy?
||We will accept returns with a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You can receive a
RMA number by calling our main line, 818‐504‐4054, and requesting a return. All device and
part returns must be made within 60 days of the sale date (excluding batteries and disposables).
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

||Look for an expiration date on the canister and change the canister if the canister has
passed the expiration date to minimize the possibility of implosion, which can occur
when a canister is aged or damaged.
